What is the definition of Account?

Each of the following counts as an account:

Reseller's Admin Account (holds administrative rights to the entire reseller's control panel.)
Reseller's own domain account to create a web site that represents its services
Technical Support staff account
User / Customer account

Basically each account having login to the control panel counts as one account.

How will my customers access the control panel?

You can set up your own domain such as "cp.myhost.com".
